Our well-loved Willing Coffee espresso bars, at the base of our Guildford and Mt Lawley developments have quickly become a mecca for lovers of fine coffee and the European café culture. They provide a genuine connection to the people and places we are building for and within.
Bar Vino, which shares a space with Willing Coffee Mt Lawley, offers a meticulously curated wine list paired with refined seasonal dining, inspired by the coastal Italian Mediterranean lifestyle.

A former 1950s deli, frequented by Tim as a child, Mt Lawley’s Willing Coffee has a lived-in aesthetic to its interior and an Australiana feel to the alfresco, with local artist Luke O’Donohoe engaged to restore the iconic Peter’s Ice Cream sign.
Sharing a space with Bar Vino by night, Willing Coffee brews an ever-changing selection of beans from around the world, alongside a signature house roast.

Inspired by family-run coffee shops from 1950s Italy, Guildford’s Willing Coffee was created as a place where people could feel at home, with visitors welcomed by a playful and stylish blend of curved lines, stainless steel, marble, mirrors and cycling memorabilia. Willing Coffee has a focus on the highest quality beans sourced from both local and international roasters, available on rotation to take home or enjoy in house.
Quickly establishing itself as one of Perth’s top coffee destinations, Broadsheet named it Perth’s best new coffee bar in 2018.

Inspired by the Italian Mediterranean way of life in Mt Lawley, Bar Vino is a place to meet from morning to night. The meticulously curated wine list, featuring more than 180 wines, is designed to take you on a journey of discovery. The largely Tuscan list sits alongside a simple, yet considered, menu of seasonal classics inspired by years of travel through Italy.
Seating 60, the venue incorporates the original corner deli, now a heritage dining room, which is also home to Willing Coffee by day.

While a passion for property runs through his veins, Tim Willing has another love that pairs perfectly with his keen interest in hospitality.
As a former Australian Track Cycling Champion and Institute of Sport WA scholarship holder, Tim has professionally raced road and track competitions around the world from 1987 and in France and Holland from 1989 to 1992.
Tim makes the time to ride or run daily because it gives him not only health but clarity of mind and it’s where many of his ideas unfold. His unwavering dedication to sport and fitness endures, and he is committed to supporting budding cyclists and athletes in his local community, empowering them to unlock their full potential.
